furniture

oversized,
big deck

you get the
picture....

Expectations
features 3
bedrooms,
one of which
is a loft -
2 king beds
in the
enclosed
bedrooms,
and 2 queens
in the loft.
One sleeper
sofa in the
living room
and one in
the
downstairs
game / media
/ theater
room.
Total
sleeping
capacity is
12
comfortably.
TV's in the
living room,
and all the
bedrooms,
plus a 96"
theater
screen and
projector in
the
downstairs
game room
area...
3 bathrooms,
the lower
level bath
has a
whirlpool
tub.
